Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us via email first at email@example.com.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All Merchandise returned must be undamaged and in its original packaging with any gifts attached.
After our confirmation, if the return is due to our problems (Such as Shipped wrong products, Quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you after we receive your return.
After our confirmation, if the return is due to buyer’s problems (Such as: Don’t like or want, ordered wrong product, We will remove $10 from refund for loss of freight and handling fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. Then your refund will be processed, via the original method of payment. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to receive.
